1. About these terms

This website and the goods sold on it are provided by Hengyangshi Cuihuan Maoyi Youxian Gongsi ("Rstigiker", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Your contract is with us

Rstigiker is the seller of the products on this site. Your contract of sale is formed directly with us, and payment, delivery and after-sales support are all our own responsibility.

3. Placing an order

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock. The contract is formed when we accept your order, which happens when your payment is authorised at checkout and we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where the price was clearly mis-stated, where we cannot verify the payment, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in AUD and include applicable taxes only where stated at checkout. Our catalogue is maintained from a product data feed that is synchronised automatically, so a price or specification may occasionally be out of date for a short period. The amount you pay is always the amount shown on the secure payment page. If an error is obvious and cannot reasonably be treated as an offer, we will contact you before shipping.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, which accepts the cards and wallets listed in our footer. We do not see or store your card details. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Amounts are authorised at the time of order and captured when the order is dispatched.

6. Delivery

We ship to AU at the rates and timeframes published on the Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are estimates: we are not liable for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, and if a parcel is late beyond [confirm: e.g. 15 business days] we will investigate with the carrier and, if it cannot be located, refund or replace it at your choice. Risk and title pass to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within [30 days] of delivery for a refund to the original payment method; contact us first for a return authorisation. Faulty or mis-shipped items are replaced or refunded at our cost. Refunds are issued within [5] business days of the return being received. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer where the item is not as described, not fit for purpose, or of unsatisfactory quality.

8. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided for information and are synchronised from our product data feed. Illustrations and packaging may vary slightly between production runs. Statements about products are not medical, legal or safety advice; follow the instructions supplied with the item.

9. Intellectual property

The Rstigiker name and logo, site design, and our original photography and copy are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without our written consent. Third-party marks and product names belong to their owners.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping it at volumes that impair service, submitting false or abusive enquiries or orders, or interfering with its normal operation.

11. Availability of the site

We aim to keep this site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including product listings, at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, and our liability for a product is limited to the price paid plus reasonable return costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Governing law and contact
