Orders are packed the next business day after payment clears. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Timeframes in brackets are placeholders — confirm them with the fulfilment partner before launch and update this page.
Returns, in three moves
Tell us first
Reply to your order confirmation or write to HXYcuihuan@163.com with the order number. We send a return authorisation and the address to post to.
Post it back
Unused, in its original packaging, within [30 days] of delivery. Return postage is [customer-paid unless the item is faulty or mis-shipped — confirm before launch].
Refund on inspection
Once the parcel arrives and is checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method within [5] business days.
Free shipping
Orders of A$79.00 or more ship free within AU. It is applied in the cart automatically; there is no code to remember.
Tracking an order
Your confirmation email carries the tracking link, and you can check the status any time on the Track an order page. If the email has not arrived, check the spam folder first, then email HXYcuihuan@163.com with the order number and we will resend it.
Damaged or wrong item
Photograph the item and the packaging within [5 days] of delivery and send it to us. We replace or refund it — your choice — and we cover the return postage.
Payments and security
Checkout is hosted by Stripe and accepts the cards and wallets listed in the footer. We never receive or store card details. All prices are shown in AUD.
