Talk to the warehouse

One desk answers everything — product questions, order changes, returns and wholesale. Write below or email directly; either reaches the same people, and we reply within one business day.

Email

HXYcuihuan@163.com— the fastest route, and the one we check most often.

An order or a delivery

Quote your order number and we can add tracking, change an address or start a return without you repeating the story.

Wholesale

Tell us the lines, the quantities and the delivery suburb — we quote volume pricing and a lead time within a day.

Something wrong with a product

Send a photograph of the item and the packaging. Faulty or mis-shipped goods are replaced or refunded at our cost.

Shipping, payment and returns are answered in full on the FAQ and the Shipping & Returns page — worth a look before you write.
